From my early days playing sports at school to joining the British Army at just 18 years old, fitness has always been a central part of my life. However, my true understanding of training and wellbeing only began after sustaining a bulging disc injury—an experience that challenged my dedication and reshaped my approach to health and fitness.
During my recovery, I made a conscious decision to turn a setback into an opportunity. I dedicated that time to studying the principles of exercise, physiology, and effective training methods. I went on to achieve several industry-recognised qualifications, including the Level 3 Personal Training Diploma, and developed a strong passion for helping others achieve their goals safely and sustainably.
Today, with years of experience and continued education, I’m proud to have supported countless clients in becoming fitter, stronger, healthier, and more confident. My mission is to show that getting in shape doesn’t need to feel like a punishment—it should be an empowering and enjoyable lifestyle choice that anyone can make.
I work closely with each client to create personalised training programmes that are challenging yet rewarding, ensuring the benefits always outweigh the discomfort. Whether you’re new to fitness or an experienced athlete, I adapt my coaching style to suit your individual goals, abilities, and needs.
